I've never been to Camp. What's Up?
RSVP
- On the RSVP page, please indicate each person within your group as 'Yes' or 'No' for each each event outlined
My kids love a camp setting. Can they come?
- We love kids as well but due to many factors, kids are not invited to the welcome dinner & ceremony. However, if you would like to bring a caretaker with you, they are welcome to hang out at other times.
Late September in Maine!?!
- Yes. Typically September is a warmer/mild Autumn month in Maine with very low rain fall, (typically).
Should I stay on-site or off-site?
As we are not providing transportation to or from wedding, we encourage guests to stay on site and enjoy camp with us, but we understand that not everyone wants to share a cabin with others or sleep in a bunk bed (that's part of the fun!).
For those who don't want to "rough it", there are alternative accommodation options listed under the "traveling & lodging" section of our website.
Parking + Checking In + Accommodations
- There is ample car or bike parking at the camp near the baseball field. It will be on your left as you drive in - closer to the main camp area
- Upon arrival, please check in at the Camp Office to complete your payment. They accept Cash, Check or Credit Card.
- If you are staying offsite, please make arrangements ASAP as rentals and hotels book up as the foliage season kicks off
What should I bring to make my stay more comfortable?
- Shoes for play, aka trainers, hiking shoes, and sandals
- Swimming gear - flattering shorts & beach towel (there will be towels in the cabins for showers - which you can use for skinning dipping fun :)
- Brimmed Hat
- Evening/night (what Andrew & Rhonda are packing): Layers for comfortability: Long sleeve shirt, hoodie or shell, beanie, cozy socks, pants, hiking/running gloves, headlamp/flashlight, and a fun mindset (vibe)
Snacks & Beverages
- We'll have drinks and grub for the Welcome Dinner and Wedding Meal
- There are some fantastic Maine restaurants close by for side meals during your exploration periods
- Feel free to bring snacks and beverages for your thriving needs. A cooler might be good for cold thangs. We will have some but if you feel spry, bring that cooler
